So you've seen what you can do for your NPO on the Salesforce platform, but now you're wondering how to accomplish of the magic! The homework assigned in Session 1 will prepare you for learning how to apply those benefits to your organization.
Session 2: The How
In session 2, the DKC team will show you how to customize Salesforce for your organization's needs and will provide you with the free interactive resources to empower you to manage this tool internally (attendance as Session 1 is required for registration for session 2).

- Validating your goals for the initial phase of volunteer, donor, donation, event tracking
- Guided help through Salesforce's Trailhead for step-by-step instructions for customizing your NPO's system.

Cost: A fully refundable deposit of $250
We require a deposit because Sessions 2 and 3 are space-limited and we want to ensure that those who register can commit to being engaged. The deposit in full is refunded as long a member of the organization attends both Sessions 2 and 3. Registration opens at the completion of Session 1.
